Botsy
Botsy is made by Gigawatt Games, the games label of Clocktower Development LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game collects and why.
What we collect
Nothing. Botsy doesn't send any personal information to us or anyone else.
What stays on your device
This is saved on your phone or tablet and never sent to us:
- The nickname your child picks, which is only shown inside the game
- Stars earned on each level, and game settings
- Practice reminder times, if you turn reminders on
Sharing
Kids can make a picture of their program to share. Every share sits behind a parent gate, and the picture goes through your device's own share sheet. We never receive it.
Notifications
Botsy can show practice reminders. They're scheduled on the device itself; no notification service or server is involved.
Voice
Spoken instructions use your device's built-in text-to-speech. No audio is recorded or sent anywhere.
Who we share it with
There's nothing to share: the game doesn't collect anything.
Children
Botsy is made for kids. It doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and it has no ads and no in-app purchases. Parents with questions can email us any time.
Keeping and deleting data
Everything is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
