- How do I add a friend?
- Open Friends, share your friend code, or enter theirs.
- How do I stop notifications?
- Turn them off in the game's settings, or in your phone's notification settings.
- What does the season pass cost, and what do I get?
- The pass is optional, and the game shows its price in your local currency before you buy. It unlocks the premium reward track for the season that's running when you buy it. Seasons end on a set date, so a pass doesn't carry over to the next season.
- How do I keep my pass if I switch phones?
- Sign in with Apple or Google in Settings. Guest riders are tied to one install of the game, so a guest's pass is lost if the game is deleted.
- How do I get a refund?
- Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in the Google Play Store. If a purchase is refunded, the pass it unlocked is removed.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. It erases your rider from our servers right away. The game then starts fresh as a new guest.
